Gunman Barracaded in Seaside Heights gives up after SWAT Team arrives

October 24th 2011 - SEASIDE HEIGHTS NJ — Police negotiators convinced a suspect (later named "Drew Mazurek of TR") wanted on a warrant to come out of a building where he had been barricaded for more than two hours Monday night after being chased by undercover officers. The man barricaded in the building is wanted on a $100,000 warrant for weapons offenses in Toms River.

A Hostage negotiating team with the Ocean County Sheriff's Department arrived on the scene at 9 p.m. and established phone contact with the man held up inside.
The suspect was brought out of the building — Corine Condos — at 1515 Boulevard by police shortly after 10pm
