Did YOUR BENNY friend go home?

September 5th 2011 Toms River New Jersey -  For many the Summer of 2011 is basically over...sure there will be those next few weekends for the diehards, as long as the weather holds up, but for now the Benny population is sitting on the Garden State Parkway, the New Jersey Turnpike, etc.  looking back on a fun filled season and talking about plans for next year.  With the exception of Hurricane Irene, this summer despite the bad economy was a huge success here at The Jersey Shore.

Let's talk about "The Benny" - how many individuals forge friendships with many of these visitors that come here to vacation all summer while the local experiences this wonderful part of our State all year long.  When that Benny friend leaves, a part of summer leaves.  Well school for mostly everyone here tomorrow and I'm sure everyone is doing their last minute planning for the first day of school. The Ocean County Mall was busy like a Christmas Holiday shopping day as parents ran around with the kids getting those new school duds and last minute items.  Well lots of stuff to do with plenty of Events & Festivals at the Jersey Shore over the next couple of months so stay tuned for more fun!  As for our BENNY friends....see ya next year!
