Breaking News: Joseph R. Rullo local Solar Energy Businessman, Toms River Resident, Toms River South Senior CLass VP 1988, and Republican operative announces his intentions to file a notice of tort claim TITLE 59 as required by NJ Law Statute to initiate a comprehensive class action lawsuit as part of his commitment earlier last month to Audit 2001-present BOE Budget with... outside auditor in forensics, perform cash to inventory audit of Ritacco Center and TR Cafe', audit all projects like the bubble and the solar array on the high school, and fully investigate anyone who worked for the TR BOE in any capacity via vendor/contractor/consultant and either performed work for Ritacco/MJ Ritt or paid the same. Rullo demands the TR BOE move to execute official audit on or before the TR BOE school board meeting on November 16, 2010. Rullo who has successfully filed a complaint with the NJ Board of Education ethics committee for past conflicts of interest from previous boards of the Ritacco administration does not rule out filing a complaint for investigation unless action takes place soon!
